It's purpose is to inform our staff of your facilities not to give you high profile page appearances on our high ranking sites

These Terms and Conditions apply to all advertisers who wish to advertise on any website owned by Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd.

The advertiser grants Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd. the right to display images and information on all websites owned by Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd. All information and images submitted must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

Each advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, currency and compliance of submitted material and will be solely liable for false, misleading, inaccurate, infringing or other actionable material contained or referred to therein.

Each advertiser warrants to Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd. that;
the submitted material is true and accurate in all respects,
the venue advertised is fit for the purpose for which it is advertised,
the advertiser has permission from the owner or operator of the venue advertised to submit material,
the publication of the submitted material will not violate or infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietorial rights.

Each advertiser agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd. from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims resulting in any way from its use of and from any material posted on any websites run by Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd., or arising from any introduction or resulting therefrom.

Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to it, Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the contract and remove the advertisement from the Website at any time.

Each advertiser agrees that these Terms and any dispute arising in any way in relation to the websites will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of England and that the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of the same.
