Morris offers the use of our databank of 23000 venues and the valuable advice and time of our consultants on the strict understanding that we are agency instructed to contact the venues and negotiate with regarding this conference enquiry. Morris undertake always to offer the lowest price on the dates for this event (see Morris low price guarantee)

Should the client or any other agent approach the venue direct in regard to confirming the reservation held by Morris thereby denying Morris the agency commission that would be due to Morris for confirming this event with the venue than the client agrees to pay Morris Conferencing a bill equal to the amount Morris would have been paid by the venue in return for the research work and time spent on the enquiry.

This applies even if dates, delegate numbers or conference specifications are changed in that period at the venues reserved that have been reserved by Morris for the client/company.
